stephanie Pietraz

LEAD DESIGNER

Stephanie grew up in Farmington Hills, graduating from North Farmington High School in 2002, and has lived in Michigan her entire life. She has always seen herself as a lifelong student of creativity. She attended U. of M.’s School of Fine Arts (studying abroad at University College London during her junior year), and graduated with a BFA in 2006, focusing on Product Design. Stephanie has been designing custom living spaces for over 15 years. She has architectural design experience in new construction as well as remodels. Specializing in cabinetry design and overall space planning, her favorite spaces to work with are kitchens and bathrooms, the emotional centers of our home.

Stephanie lives in Pinckney Mi, with her loving husband, Joe, and three little girls: Sophia, Liliana, and their youngest, Gabriella. Stephanie spends her weekends with her family, cooking and enjoying time with her children. She has a passion for refinishing old furniture and gardening with her family, teaching their children how to grow their own food and appreciate nature’s bounty. Her family is her world, and she finds joy in experiencing life through her children's eyes.

Deanna Redding

DESIGNER

Deanna brings years of broad-spectrum education and experience, from thoughtful fixer-uppers to ground-up custom luxury builds. She has experience in almost every aspect of home design, from cabinetry and space planning to custom window treatments and furnishings. With her career firmly focused on Kitchen and Bath design, she can handle a wide range of remodeling projects.

Deanna’s philosophy is “Since Mother Nature is truly the best Designer of all, I draw inspiration from much of her work.” Nature doesn’t decorate- she solves. Light, airflow, material, and pattern work together to create resilience and beauty in your everyday spaces.  Your home should feel collected, not decorated. Her process is simple: listen first and then design by thoughtfully curating color, texture and flow resulting in a space custom designed for the way you live.
